The studio is located at the second level of the complex and consists of the following areas:

• A large living room, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen
• 1 bedroom with double bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
• 1 bathroom with only shower and sink
• 1 WC

It can accommodate up to 5 persons.  

Studio size: 70².
Studio facilities: TV, air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, breakfast welcome, towels/linen, outdoor furniture, WiFi. 
Complex facilities: Shared swimming pool (working hours 11:00 - 20:00), parking, biological cleaning (see details for its use here) 
Access: 4,5 km of accessible dirt road from the port of Kea.
